What is 3D Printing?

3D Printing, also known as desktop fabrication or additive manufacturing, is a prototyping process whereby a real object is created from a 3D design. This form of additive manufacturing starts by creating a three-dimensional model using computer-aided-design (CAD), where 2D design is converted to 3D and uploaded to printer as (STL ) file. 3D printing involves building an object by putting down successive layers of materials, such as powders, liquids, plastics, metals and ceramics and making them adhere to each other.

What is Architectural 3D Modeling?

Architectural 3D Modeling is a ‘what you see is what you get’ process, where physical models are produced using 3D printing technology with vibrant colors, robust materials and detailed sectional views. Traditional ways of building scale-models requires lot of time and tedious work, whereas 3D building models can be easily made within days at any geometric feature or shape.
